Quasi-Resonant Power Supply design tools (MS1007SH)

This tool is a support tool for designing peripheral circuit constants for quasi-resonant power supply circuits using our MS1007SH quasi-resonant power supply ICs.
By entering conditions such as input/output power supply specifications, the tool automatically generates a reference circuit diagram with component values and transformer winding specifications.

Please make use of this tool when designing circuits based on the MS Series.


How to use the design tools

1: Enter the input/output conditions

Enter the required conditions, such as the input voltage range, output voltage, and output current, as well as information about the transformer core to be used.



2: Calculation Results Are Displayed

Based on the entered input/output conditions, the tool displays calculation results, including estimated values for the main switching device (MOSFET), such as VDS and ID(peak), along with other calculated parameters.



3: Generation of circuit diagrams

Based on the calculation results, the tool automatically generates a reference circuit diagram that includes the transformer winding specifications and component values for the quasi-resonant power supply circuit.
