Bridge Diode Heating Calculation Tool

This tool allows users to easily check the absolute maximum ratings, electrical and thermal characteristics, package dimensions, and package photographs of bridge diode products by selecting either a product name or package name.
In addition, by setting input and output conditions, users can calculate the temperature rise of bridge diodes using the built-in simulation function, making it easier to compare, evaluate, and select suitable bridge diode products.

Features and Functions

1. Search for a Bridge Diode

The absolute maximum ratings, electrical and thermal characteristics, package dimension drawings, and package photographs of the selected bridge diode can be displayed.
Product specifications can be viewed using either of two selection methods: "Select from All Product Names" or "Select by Package."



2. Calculate the Temperature Rise

The temperature rise of the selected bridge diode can be estimated.
The power dissipation of the bridge diode can be calculated using either the typical (Typ.) or maximum (Max.) values of the V-I characteristics.
Users can select whether a heat sink is used. If the thermal resistance of the heat sink is known, the temperature rise can be estimated.



3. Compare Calculation Results

Up to nine temperature rise simulation results can be saved in the data export section, making it easy to compare and evaluate different conditions.



4. View Waveforms

Waveforms of various bridge diode parameters can be displayed based on the simulation results.
