~ Meeting High-Capacity Demands with Tj=175°C Guarantee and Expanded Lineup ~
Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is adding new high-capacity products to its SLSBD series of Shotky barrier diodes for the automotive and consumer markets.
In recent years, the proliferation of EVs and hybrid vehicles, along with the expanding adoption of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), has rapidly driven the advancement of high-functionality in automotive ECUs.
As a result, increased power consumption and heat management have become critical challenges, while loss and heat dissipation limitations of conventional diodes have hindered miniaturization.
Furthermore, consumer devices also demand increased space savings and higher efficiency.
Against this backdrop, this series complies with AEC-Q101 standards and guarantees Tj=175°C, providing stable performance even in harsh high-temperature environments.
Furthermore, we have enhanced our lineup by adding new 60V products with higher withstand voltages compared to the conventional FE package SLSBDs.
It also addresses the demand for higher capacity by incorporating a proven chip from the CE package into the FB package.
