1.Overview
The shift towards higher power and higher density continues to advance in the industrial equipment and air conditioner markets, and has also resulted in greater demand for smaller bridge diodes.
In response, Wehave produced a series of compact bridge diodes with 100 to 200 A class rated current (IF(AV)).
These products continue to maintain insulation distances compliant with various safety standards.
2.Features
「JH Series」
- Board mountable thin DIP packages
- AC isolation type which makes for easier pattern layouts
- High current capacity: Rated current (IF(AV)) = 100 A
- High heat dissipation structure: Thermal resistance 0.2℃/W
- UL1557 certified
- 5.6 mm interval distance maintained between fins and leads
「MG038 Series」
- Same package height (17 mm) as standard IGBT modules
- AC isolation type which takes into account connection to bus bars, etc.
- High current capacity: Rated current (IF(AV)) = 150, 200 A
- High heat dissipation design: Thermal resistance 0.05℃/W
- UL1557 certified
- 5.6 mm interval distance maintained between fins and leads
