Shindengen to Exhibit at Japan Mobility Show 2025 for the First Time

Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will exhibit for the first time at the Japan Mobility Show 2025 (JMS2025) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from 30 October to 9 November 2025.
Under the theme “Expanding the Future with 48V”, this exhibition will showcase Shindengen's diverse solutions centered on 48V technology, allowing visitors to experience our initiatives toward realizing a sustainable and smart mobility society.
Furthermore, we will unveil our robot “Shindy”, developed by integrating our power electronics technologies. Through an interactive, game-based experience exhibit, we will introduce the appeal of our robotics technology.

Exhibition Highlights

1. Robot “Shindy” *First exhibition

We are advancing the development of next-generation robots by integrating our power electronics technology. The robot “Shindy”, making its debut at this exhibition, incorporates the following four distinctive technologies:

- Force control technology: Technology enabling force control without force sensors. *Patent pending

- Image recognition technology: Low-processing-load image recognition technology. *Patent pending

- Lightweight robot arms: Achieves a slim arm design by integrating joint motors into the main body. *Patent pending

- Wireless charging technology: Incorporates contactless charging technology developed for automotive applications into the robot.

 

Visitors can enjoyably learn about these technologies and the benefits of 48V through the interactive game “Shindy's Great Adventure”.
