First time exhibiting at electronica in India. Expansion of power semiconductor sales structure

Shindengen Electric Manufacturing and Shindengen India will be exhibiting at electronica India 2026, to be held in North India in April.
At our booth, we will showcase the latest power semiconductors offered by our group, together with application examples.

Shindengen Group has positioned the “Development of target markets” as one of the key strategies in its 17th Mid-Term Plan, which commenced in April 2025.
In response to the “Make in India” initiative and the resulting expansion of the automotive industry, Shindengen India established semiconductor sales operations in 2025 and has been developing the market with a focus on power semiconductors for automotive applications.
At the same time, the company is also strengthening its efforts in consumer and industrial applications, aiming to expand its business beyond the automotive sector.

Highlights

• We will exhibit the latest semiconductor products (TVS diodes, virtual diodes, MOSFETs, power modules) that achieve high efficiency and low loss for 48V system in automotive sector.
• We will exhibit the latest SiC devices, also introduce high-efficiency devices for industrial and consumer markets.
