Shindengen introduces the Omni Series, -48V Global Power System. The Omni Series is a 910A modular power system which is expandable up to 3600A (10000A planned) designed for central office and wireless applications. The Omni Series is NEBS Level 3 Certified.

The base system utilizes up to (7) Shindengen GPR130, -48V/130A switchmode rectifiers and can support a load of up to 910A. The hot-swappable rectifier modules offer state of the art switchmode technology with efficiency levels of 92% (or greater) and a THD of less than 3%. The system operates over a wide AC input range of 180Vac to 264Vac (three phase). N+1 redundancy can be achieved with 780A (with one 130A rectifier redundant).

The flexible DC distribution is available with circuit breakers or fuses in various sizes and combinations as required.

Shindengen has vast experience in the network monitoring and the Omni Series benefits from this know-how. The advanced intelligent monitoring and control unit provides intuitive graphical system monitoring via your browser and includes system?s operating status, alarm information, battery conditions and history. System monitoring can be achieved through standard RS232 connection or can be upgraded for Web & Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) interface with the optional LAN card. The controller is sophisticated yet simple to operate.
